Shipping Destinations
We offer nationwide shipping across all provinces and territories of Pakistan.
Order Processing Time
- Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM PST on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Verification: All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require mandatory confirmation via call or SMS before dispatch. Orders are processed and shipped only after successful verification.
- Processing Duration: Once verified, orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size/weight.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 250 for orders under Rs. 4,000.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 4,000 across Pakistan.
Payment Options
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide.
- Online Payments: Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, and other digital wallets as available at checkout.
Order Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking website.
- You can track the live status of your shipment 24/7 using this information.
Delivery Instructions and Practices
- Accurate Address: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address to prevent delays or non-delivery.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned. Customers will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
- COD Verification: For COD, the courier may require payment before opening the package. Inspect the package for tampering before accepting.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged Upon Arrival: Do not accept packages that are damaged, tampered with, or have broken seals. Contact Customer Support within 24 hours with photos if damage is noticed after opening.
- Lost Shipments: If tracking shows no update for more than 7 working days after dispatch, contact us. We will trace the order and reship if confirmed lost.
- Product Safety: All products are securely packed to maintain integrity and comply with safety standards.
