Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met: - The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. - The item must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. - Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided. If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to process your return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on: - Any supplement, pre-workout powder, or consumable item that has been opened, unsealed, or used. Items marked final sale or clearance at checkout. - Products damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or customer error. Opened consumable products are strictly non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label. A replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary between 3–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.
